Shipping and COD Policy - AGTO

We(AGTO) ship all over India through all renowned Courier services.

From the day of order placement, it will take approximately 3 - 5 working days for the order to reach you.

Shipping for all orders amounting to a total of Rs. 1999/- or more within India is free. If your order amount is less than Rs. 1999/-, a minimal delivery fee of Rs. 60/per 500grms shall be charged to your bill.

COD charges Rs. 50 .00/order.

COD charges are excluded from the product cost.

Shipping charges may be included in your price or will be separately calculated on your cart page.

If it is included in our (AGTO)price, then you will get a discount, the same as your sipping price amount when your cart is above Rs 1999.00 at checkout time or

The customer will receive an email or WhatsApp message with complete details of the courier company, tracking number, and the processing time after you have placed your order.

Please note that the delivery time does not include payment verification and other managerial processes.

We(AGTO) know you’d love to have your product as soon as possible. So, we make sure that the item is dispatched within 48 hours of payment verification. This process does not count the weekends and public holidays.

Upon receipt of the package, the receiver must sign the package at the door.

In case of the absence of an individual, we understand work-home timing conflicts, and our(AGTO) delivery team/partner will make two more attempts at re-delivery. The courier personnel shall schedule the re-delivery based on a prior conversation with the receiver.

The delivery times and period are only indicative, and AGTO doesn’t hold any responsibility for the unavoidable delays in order shipments that are beyond our control. However, in case of such unexpected delays, we will keep you informed.

Order cancellation:

AGTO reserves the sole right to cancel your order for any reason.

Some of the reasons for the order cancellation from AGTO's end are stated below:

Your orders may get cancelled due to inaccuracies in the pricing of products on the website, stock unavailability, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

In case of a COD order, failure to contact the buyer(s) by phone for order and address confirmation is our regular COD order delivery practice.

Deliver your order after a maximum of two attempts.

AGTO reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

Failure to provide additional verification or information while placing the COD order.

In case, the delivery address is not covered under our delivery zone.

Cancellation of order(s) due to reasons beyond our control.

However, if your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged with the order amount, the full amount will be reversed back into your account.

(By choosing to order, the customer accepts and agrees to AGTO’s Cancellation Policies and agrees not to dispute the decision made by AGTO for the same.)

Please note that we (AGTO) do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged product, we're(AGTO) happy to facilitate an exchange. We(AGTO) don't provide refunds; only exchange options are available if your issue has been approved for this.

1. Please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

2. Return shipping costs are to be covered by you.

3. We'll deduct the forward shipping and finishing fees from the total amount, which will be held as store credit.

4. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Please Note - Strictly no returns or exchanges are accepted for Home needs or Home essential/Home decor items, Kids' Wear and Undergarments products and Fashion accessories items,Custom-designed products and those pre-maintained products as "No Return & No Exchange".

How does the return management work?

Follow these steps -

1. Share the unboxing video with order details with our customer support WhatsApp number or email.

2. Wait for confirmation for 24 hours.

3. After confirmation from our team, please decide whether you want to send or have us collect.

4. After deciding when the piece(s)/product(s) reaches to us, we will inform you.

Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges and alterations, subject to availability.

In case the size you have requested is not available, we(AGTO) will offer you the option to get a "Credit note", which you can redeem on your next order from our website within 20 days.

The exchange policy is only applicable on request on W.P. or Email, following all norms, which were confirmed by us with a valid email by our support team.

Note: The shipping/COD charges to and from will be borne by the customer. Hence, the same shall be deducted from the "Credit Note" amount; i.e. the Credit Note issued will be the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost to & from. The Credit Note is valid for 20 days from the date of receipt.

Please note: If you miss your return pickup, one more attempt will be made to pick up your return package on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be cancelled.

After we receive your return, we will proceed with the exchange inspection check and validation. Once the exchange has been approved, we will initiate the exchange order, notify you and issue a "credit Note' via email or W.P.

The product can only be exchanged for a different size once per order.

Customer Satisfaction is our ultimate goal, and we try to make your shopping experience a pleasant and seamless one. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring their secure delivery. However, in the case of exchanges, we have a stringent company policy and in this case.

Your exchange has been rejected. Please consider the following points:

AGTO has a detailed product description of the fabric /material, the colour/size, and the quality, which the customer has to go through to ensure informed decisions while ordering.

In case of any additional information, the customer can W.P. on our Customer Help Care number. Therefore, the exchange shall not be accepted in case the customer is dissatisfied with the material, colour or quality of the product(s).

There may be a variation of 10-12% in the colour of the product because of the difference in the screen resolution and lights, making it an invalid reason for return or exchange.

Without sending an unboxing video of the parcel(s)/product(s) within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, the Exchange/Return will be rejected

Exchange/Return will be rejected and returned in case the product is found damaged, washed, worn, or missing part(s)or missing product(s) tags/stickers/any packaging materials of the exchange products.
